Prohibited Actions

Definition: “Customer” – the person, company or institution paying the Lighthouse's downloadable material on behalf of Authorised Users.

Access to Lighthouse downloadable material is exclusively granted to the "Customer" as an "Authorized User" and may not be transferred without prior written consent from Lighthouse. Any unauthorized transfer will subject the transferee to these Terms and Conditions and the limited warranty. Under no circumstances may the "Customer" transfer, assign, rent, lease, sell or otherwise dispose of Lighthouse downloadable Material on a temporary or permanent basis, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
